Handwritten Greeting Cards … and Carefully Timed Delivery

I wrap your gift with care and creativity — always using sustainable, eco-friendly and plastic-free materials. You can choose from a selection of gift papers and packaging options available on this page, or leave the choice to me. I’ll carefully match the wrapping to your selected item, ensuring a harmonious and stylish presentation. If you’d like, I’m happy to include a personalized greeting card with your own message — even handwritten for that extra personal touch. Alternatively, your message can be professionally printed and placed inside a card of your choice. Also, upon request, your gift can be shipped directly to the recipient on a preferred delivery date. While I can’t control the exact day the postal service delivers the package, I'll always schedule shipping so that your gift arrives a little early rather than too late. Gift Wrapping & Card Service FAQ

Yes, that's possible. During checkout, at the very top of the »Shipping« section, you will see an option to change the delivery address. Set it to the recipient's address that you want your order delivered to. Your own address will be later added as »Billing Address« in the »Payment« section of the checkout process.

Please note: The given delivery address will be forwarded to the shipping carrier as soon as I receive your order. Make sure it is correct and valid! I do not assume liability for shipments that can not be delivered due to incorrect postal addresses. Also, I will not accept responsibility for any delays or consequential costs and charges caused by returns or forwarding of mail, occasioned by local delivery services.

Yes, this is possible for many items. Just keep in mind that certain articles in my shop are made-to-order and may require a longer production time, meaning they may not be immediately available for shipping. Please always consider the estimated processing time indicated for each item. For orders shipped within Germany, please allow at least 3 extra business days for delivery. 

You can specify your desired delivery date in the field »Insert personal note relating to your order«. 

However, if time is already an issue, or if the delivery address is an international destination (outside Germany), it is best to contact me personally before placing your order so we can discuss your request. You can reach me via email or through the contact form.

Sorry, but this isn't possible. If you do not want the order shipped to your own address, only one alternative delivery address can be specified. If you need to send different gifts to more than one person, please place separate orders for each gift. If you want three items to be delivered to three addresses, you must place three individual orders!

Absolutely! I'll be happy to add whatever message you want to be written on your selected greeting card. For a more personal touch you can choose a handwritten note  (I have really good penmanship 😉) – or, if you want the message to look more neutral, I will type your message, print it out, and insert it into the card. The finished greeting card will then be placed inside a premium paper envelope and enclosed in the package.

No. If you let me know that your order is supposed to be a gift, I will only add your requested message to the package. Upon opening the box or parcel, the recipient will find a note or sticker, indicating that the content is a gift, in order to avoid confusion. The invoice and any other communication concerning your order will be send only to your eMail-address.

Most items in my shop are either ready-to-ship or available at short notice. Products that are currently out-of-stock can usually be remade and restocked quickly. If you have an availability request for a specific product or specific date, please contact me personally via email or use the website's contact form. 

In rare cases, certain items may be permanently out-of-stock. However, this usually only affects one-of-a-kind items or collections that have been terminated or discontinued due to production materials no longer being available.

Yes, this is possible. However, due to diverse legal restrictions and requirements international shipping is strictly limited to certain regions. Please check my Shipping & Payment Conditions for more detailed information on shipping terms and available countries.

Please also note that for non-EU deliveries, additional costs such as customs duties or import taxes may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient and are beyond my control as the sender. In some cases, I am required to declare a value on the package due to customs regulations.

Quality and individuality take time – because I want to make sure everything is just right before sending it out, I cannot offer same-day or guaranteed next-day delivery.

Ready-made items that do not require personalization or custom production are usually shipped within 24 hours of ordering and (within Germany) are typically delivered within 2 or 3 business days from the time of your order. 

Additionally, I offer the option of express shipping (please note that surcharges will apply). However, specific delivery dates may vary depending on the product and country of delivery and will be displayed to you in the shop, in your customer account, or via a provided tracking link.

The message you provided for your selected greeting card should be visible in your confirmation email. If there has been some technical or other problem and you cannot see your requested message in your order confirmation, please contact me immediately (via email or the contact form provided in the website footer) in order to check and solve this issue before I process your order.
